AN INTRODUCTION TO FLORISTRY: Christmas Wreaths
In this workshop we will fuel you with all of the inspiration and floral ingredients you need to make a wreath of your own. We will be working with a mixture of foliage, branches and a concoction of ingredients including fern cones, oranges, berries and dried flowers and teach you some clever tricks to use time and time again.
Saturday, December 3rd, 2016. 9:00am - 1:00pm
The workshop will start at 9am at our South London studio. We’ll welcome you with some piping hot coffee and pastries to warm you up, preparing you to get your hands dirty. We’ll start by showing you examples of wreaths we’ve already made and (both pictures from previous years and some we have made up in the studio) and explain how we made them.
Lead by our trained florist and resident prop maker, you will then be ready to get started with your own creation. We will be there to instruct and guide you and answer any questions throughout the morning.
You'll have a great day absorbing information, and definitely be ready to put your feet up and admire your new skills by the end of the day.
Skills you’ll learn: wreath making
Price: £100 inc. VAT - All ingredients and equipment provided.
